How to purchase tickets for individuals and groups

Special Group Rates for 10 or More

Please call 472-5436 for our lower rates for groups of 10 or more. Group discounts are not available online.

Buy Online. (One show per order please).

Purchase tickets securely on our website up to 5PM on Friday for the immediate weekend's shows. (Same day purchases are not available online). Please see the Ticket sales page to purchase tickets. There is an additional $2.00 transaction fee for credit card purchases (per order for each show, not per ticket).
NOTE: SAME DAY SALES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE.

PLACE EACH SHOW ORDER SEPERATELY on the occasions when there are two or more shows on sale at once. This helps avoid order processing errors. Your cooperation is appreciated.

By Phone

Tickets to all performances can be purchased in advance by calling 512-472-KIDO (5436) Monday through Friday from 12 Noon to 4:30 PM. Messages left when the box office is closed will be returned between the following business day. Leave a name and a daytime phone number we call to fulfill your ticket requests in a timely manner. We cannot handle phone sales on weekends. The phone recording will announce sold out performances. Messages left on weekends will be answered the following Monday.

In Person

You may purchase tickets in advance by visiting our box office in the theatre at 18th and Lavaca from Monday through Friday from 12 Noon to 4:30 PM. Short-term customer service parking is available in front of the building.

At the Door on Day of Show

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance. However, a limited number of tickets may be available at the door on the day of the show on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call 472-KIDO (5436) before coming to the theatre to verify tickets are still available. (The recording will announce sold out performances). The Theatre opens one hour before showtime.

Pricing

SRCT Show Tickets
Tickets to our regular productions are $3.00 for Infants under 1 year, $7.00 for Children (ages 1-12), and $10.00 for Adults.

SRCT Supper & Show Tickets
These special performances include a catered meal at 5 pm before the performance. Tickets are also available to the show only at 6 pm at the regular ticket rate.
$3.00 Infants under 1 year, $15 Children ages 1-12, and $20 Adults.

Infant Ticket
"Infants" are babies less than one year of age. The $3 Infant ticket is required because we must include all persons in the theatre (including infants) in our total head count to satisfy fire code regulations. Strollers are not allowed in the auditorium. Space is provided to park strollers in the lobby area.

Special Guest Appearances Ticket pricing for special guests may vary.

Box Office Policies

• There is a $2.00 transaction fee for credit card orders (per order for each show, not per ticket).
• Box office hours are Monday through Friday from 12 Noon to 4:30 PM.
• Online purchases may be made up to 5PM on Friday for the immediate weekend's shows.
• Doors open 1 hour before showtime.
• Tickets are not guaranteed until transaction is complete and tickets are paid in full.
• We cannot give refunds or exchanges to another show.
• We cannot mail tickets. Tickets purchased by phone or online will be held at the box office.
• If tickets are no longer available online, call the box office. We reserve some tickets for day of show (first come, first served).
• Comp ticket holders: must call 48 hours in advance to guarantee seating. Present your comp ticket at the door.

Seating Policies

• Seating is General Admission.
• Children 4 and older may sit on the carpeted area on the floor.
• For safety, we advise parents to keep children under 4 with you in the seats.
• No adults on the floor please...little ones can't see over you!
• Note: Special Guest performers may elect to eliminate floor seating during their shows.
